CTS provides auto and truck mechanic staffing services for our clients across the United States. We believe that we have the most highly qualified mechanics available in the marketplace to present to our clientele. Our differentiation is in the process in which we use to connect clients with mechanics. An overview of our process follows:

Communicate Effectively And Extensively With Our Client
CTS knows that the key to finding the right people to staff an organization comes from having a perfect understanding of a client’s needs. We work very closely with our clients to gather requirements, drafting and then re-drafting our understanding of what they are looking for and ensuring that we are on the same page long before we ever go out into the marketplace. Should a requirement call for a specific and highly specialized skill, CTS brings in experts from the industry to help us understand how to find the right person for the job.

Rapidly Respond to Client Needs
CTS responds rapidly to customer requests. Through our vast network of auto and truck mechanics, CTS can have a client screened and ready for an interview as fast as is needed. Clients know that they can depend on us to present them multiple candidates from which they can choose from as fast as they can get us their requirements.

Screen, Screen, Screen
CTS utilizes an advanced multi-step screening process in order to find the most highly qualified candidates on the market for our clients. Our candidates are initially screened by CTS for general automotive knowledge, specific truck-related knowledge, communication skills, personality/disposition, work ethic, and general aptitude. Our candidates are then required to pass several rounds of testing including CSAT Automotive Comprehensive (All-In-One) Assessments and Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Comprehensive Skill Assessments. Finally, our candidates must past stringent background and drug tests before we will place them on-site with a client.

Prepare On-Site Interviews
CTS manages the entire process for our clients with regards to preparing for and setting up on-site interviews. All a client preparing for an interview has to do is show up at a time that is convenient with his/her schedule. CTS handles the rest. If multiple interviews are requested, CTS will work with a client’s schedule to put together a program that works for the client.

Follow-Up Regularly
Once a candidate is placed with a client, CTS follows up regularly to ensure the client is pleased with the candidate and that the candidate is performing, not only to the client expectations but to those of CTS. In addition to informal follow-ups, CTS calls each Manager directly on a monthly basis to ensure that he is satisfied with the candidate(s) he/she employ(s).
